Homemade Calcium Spray

I'm thinking of making my own Calcium spray from some left-over Calcium Tablets. They are Sandoz 500mg tablets. Each effervescent tablet of 500 mg contains: 1132 mg of calcium lactate gluconate and 875 mg of calcium carbonate (equivalent to 500 mg or 12.5 mmol of calcium).
My question is what strength should I use per litre of water? Should I use 1 whole tablet or less?
The tablets are not out of date and I am just trying to recycle (if you like) rather than buy.
