Apricot Kernels Have Germinated

For the longest time I've wanted to have my own apricot tree.I want a dwarf tree, but couldn't find anything on dwarfing a tree started from a seed. I planted 4 kernels from some apricots I had and 2 of them have sprouted and are not 10 inches high.
I need some advice on when and how to start pruning them to achieve my goal of a dwarf apricot tree. Thanks for any help you can give.
