Weed strangling other plants

Hi I have just been sorting my garden ready for winter and have had a weed (I think) growing through one of my trees. It is coming from the neighbours garden and strangling my plant does anyone know what it is?

Maybe one of the Hops ? (Humulus sp.).
hard to say for sure, but maybe Vitis Brand?
I don't think those are hop leaves but I can't see clearly. Can you pull a bit down and take a photo showing the leaf shape

My vote would be for Vitis too but a closer look would be good.
perhaps V. Coignetiae?
