mysterious growths! Camellia

Hi all, can anyone identify these growths on my neighbours camellia? They are red and glossy and very hard (too hard for me to cut open) they range in sizes, although this maybe different stages of growth.
the camellia seems healthy.

They are seed pods also known as camellia fruit. Perfectly natural and not a problem.
