Tomato Disease
My father-in-law has been growing tomatoes for over 30 years, he grows them in two seperate green houses approx 10 feet apart. In the last two seasons the tomatoes in only one of the green houses have become diseased, please see attached pictures. Each year he has sprayed both green houses with Jeyes, used smoke purifiers and has replaced soil and containers.
The disease appears on the stems and the fruit is deformed and empty inside.
Other than not using the green house to grow tomatoes, does anyone recognise the disease and possibly have a solution to the problem?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards, Tim Collier
