Help with identification please!
Help with identification please-I sowed a couple of packets of "Bee Seeds" earlier in the year, and have managed to identify most of the plants, but this one has me stumped-I think it must be a bi-annual. Ant suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
Thanks in advance

Maybe one of the Echiums ; the foliage looks similar . Most of these are biennials .
My catananches are just like these- and likewise not flowering...
Scabius?
Can anybody tell me what this plant is called please?

I'm not sure, but it looks like a Persicaria (or Bistorta), maybe Persicaria amplexicaulis pendula.
The first picture I also thought catananches, I don't think it's echium.
I sowed cantanache this year, which is flowering, but the foliage on mine isn't as dense and is a more silvery grey colour than John's.
My annual echium didn't look like that either, and started flowering ages ago, most of it's finished now and has gone in the bin.
My initial thought was that it looked similar to my liatris (which didn't flower ?), but as they're bulbs, not seeds, it can't be that.
Thank you all very much
John
