Winter Pansy's

Hello All

Can anyone help, i have over 100 winter Pansy's in trays and i can see white marks on the leaves.

I have look on the internet but get different answers

I have uploaded an image i took this morning for you to have a look at. could anyone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it.
