Somethings eating my Weigela

Over the past month something's been nibbling away at my weigela. The leaves are turning brown and some leaves are being eaten away.

I've been out at night time as I can't see anything on the plant during the day and I've found a few beetles and a caterpillar.

I've since found a few more beetles during the night. 

I've been spraying the plant with a bug spray but it doesn't seem to deter the them.
