Tomato production is falling

My Tomato plants were producing loads of tomatoes but now production is falling. They look less healthy and vigorous see my previous posts. I have had tomatoes since mid-July.

Is this inevitable?

Should I do a second sowing of tomato plants next year to get a bigger harvest in september?

I have now got a greenhouse if growing in that would help.
