Speckled mint and salvia leaves
Hi everyone,
I have a common problem with all my mint, lemon balm and rough leaved salvias in that the leaves are quite speckled and when I go to remove the affected leaves, a bunch of white fly escape from amongst them.
Are the flies causing the speckling and if so, what's the best way to treat this organically?
Thanks in advance!

I have the same
My Lemon Balm and Mint are going the same way and they do every year. They are not in the sunniest of places and my neighbour has the same plants in a very sunny spot and she does not get these symptoms. Could it be watering the leaves too much (fungus) as I do water heavily or perhaps it is a virus from greenfly? My plants come back every year and they don't show signs of this again until very late summer so I dont think it is anything to worry about.
