Peek a boo

This little chap was having a slight snack, he got in but could not get out. I lifted the top off and held a branch close to him, so that he could make an easy escape. He was so sweet, he even stopped and looked at me. And some bees enjoying one of my sun flowers.

Great photos Jacquelin! Was that a Dormouse? Could I ask you what variety of Sunflower that is, I've never seen one with a yellow centre.

Wonderful photos, Jacqueline...I bet it was quite a surprise to find that little gem in the feeder, it looks like a Wood Mouse or possibly a Yellow-necked Mouse, but hard to tell if it is a Yellow-necked as you can't see enough of it's throat / chest.
