Weed or plant?

I'd be grateful for some help in identifying this plant please. It's currently about 30cm tall and 3 or 4 smaller ones are located nearby. Should it stay or should it go? Thank you.

Euphorbia lathyris often called Caper spurge or Mole plant. Some like it but it's generally considered a weed:
