Hi -

Can anyone help tell me if this is a disease on the treat and possible treatments?

    If your photos don't upload try reducing the size ... that usually works.

    That looks like powdery mildew and usually means that the plant has suffered from drought at some time ... quite common when plants are grown in containers.

    Keep the plant well watered but not boggy ... it will recover, although at this time of year you won't get any fresh growth now until next spring. 

    That pot looks quite small ... can we see a photo from the side showing the plant and the container so we can gauge the size image
