Can anyone help? this keeps growing all over my flower beds, as soon as I remove it all it's back again within weeks. Not the scabiosa, thanks in advance

That does look like the Buttercup, Ranuculus Repens. They like damp borders and if your soil is heavy, it can be hard to get rid of them. You may need to lift all your plants out and dig up the border to eradicate them as they will spread underground. If you soil is manageable, and it's only in one spot, you can weed it off using a fork around your plants.
