Tiny snails on lilly leaves

Has anyone else had their lilly leaves and flowers devastated by tiny snails eating them. Terrible. I wait all year for my amazing lillies and they get eaten!!

I have but apart from lilly beetles earlier in the year the tiny snails are still on the leaves now as I look at them.
