Poorly tree

I've been looking at this for a while and it just doesn't look right to me?

Anybody any idea what might be going on here?

It's been re-potted twice as it's grown, nothing of any note has changed as it's been growing.

I've had a rummage and can't find any obvious infestation or signs of fungus or other nasty's in there?

    Looks to me like the end of that one ! First impressions indicate it has been too dry at some stage . Pot grown shrubs and trees need daily soakings especially at this time of the year .

    Sorry to say I agree with Paul ...  it's an ex tree image

    Hello Paul,

    It was left in the back garden when I brought the house. I re-potted it and fed and watered. It's been growing steadily for 4 years then this just started?
