Looks like mostly dock leaves and dandelions. Treat them with a lawn weedkiller. It may take a few goes...ask me how I know!
haha not sure I want to, that's ok then somebody told me looked like knotweed was getting worries. best to just spray them or pull out 1st?
You'd struggle to pull them out - especially dandelions, and every bit you leave will regrow. You can get gel products which you can apply to the weeds on their own if you don't want to try and dig them out. Alternatively, mow regularly, once a week, and not cutting too much off each time, and wait till spring. Then use a weed and feed product to get rid of those and encourage the grass. Regular cutting will then help to keep them at bay.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
My lawn weed treatment says apply five days after cutting the grass and then leave mowing for another few days. I'm making this up as it's in the garage but it's close enough.
Always read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly. It doesn't look as though it needs moss treatment so I think the one I used is Weedol or Verdone. As I say it may need a couple of treatments so get a wriggle on before the growth slows down.
Ay up FG
Mine's been cut twice a week weather permitting for three years and they're still waving at me. I've resorted to chemical warfare.

Ppauper - same here. I'd never have won if I had tried to dig them out when they appeared. It was more weeds than grass when I moved in. I don't use a lot of weedkiller on the grass though - once in spring is usually enough. Mowing every five or six days is usually sufficient to keep it looking decent and I ignore the odd one or two that reappear.
If I was living next to a field it might be trickier though. It was difficult at the last house - and there was a lot of grass to cut. You just have to use what suits best in your own situation. Growth has been slower than normal here this year - been colder, and also much drier.
Every cloud eh? Or maybe less cloud....

Definately docks and dandelion and very difficult to dig out.
Use lawn weed killer that does not kill the grass, but it needs repeat treatment.
