Kalettes growing problem
in Fruit & veg
I am growing brussel sprouts and kalettes which are growing very well.
However the leaves have holes and one particular leaf look preety sad and has lots of green bumps on it. Pictures attached.
What should I do?

You've got a picture of the culprits too. Caterpillars - probably Cabbage White butterfly larvae. You can go over your plants and pick off all the caterpillars.
Is that all i need to do pick them off?
That is all it needs Sam. I would cut off any severely shredded leaves as well though.
Sometimes it is handy to have a sacrificial plant nearby that they prefer, like nasturtiums.
on inspection I decided to cut two leaves off, this was because their were so many caterpillars on the leaf i counted 25 just on one leaf.
The green dots are they eggs?
More likely to be caterpillar frass (poop)
Thank you for your help.
You are most welcome.
