Abutilon or Hibiscus ?

Can anyone help me identify this ?
I have been told both of the above by different people and now not sure but on looking on the web at images; I think possibly Abutilon?
And any advice ? Wasn't doing very well in the garden so I moved it into a pot and now thriving. But would like to put back in the garden?
