Morning, any ideas what's causing this in my sister's beds. Soggy soil, nutrients deficiency or am I putting her in quarantine? Mainly on her petunias. Thank you muchly ????

To post photos start with the camera icon.
when you upload you should see a green bar across the bottom of the text box. If the photo still doesn't appear reducing the size usually works.
