I have treated my lawn with nematodes to tackle the chafer bugs. My question is, how quickly can I sow new seed? I know its a little early for seed but if I keep the soil wet I wanted to repair as quickly as possible. Will the nematodes deter new grass growth?

No ... the nematodes will have no effect on the grass growth.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
