Greenhouse removal/erection

I am asking all you experienced gardeners out there to give me some advice please.
I am collecting some second hand greenhouses this weekend. I have my dad and a van and was wondering what other things I might need to dismantle them? I will take step ladders, gloves and safety glasses but i am inexperienced in this area. Please help.

Permanent marker to mark what goes where.
WD40 to loosen nuts
Socket set
Camera to photograph everything from every angle before you take it down.
Strong wide masking tape to bind sharp edges and wrap bit together in bundles.
Small ziplock bags or similar for nuts, bolts etc.

Also, they are all aluminium. Do I need a base or just firm soil?
If I do need a base is this to secure it in windy weather? The site is fairly sheltered
Dove, should I put masking tape on every piece of glass with the orientation and numbered?
Safety boots, a couple of 10mm spanners, a pair of pliers as the W clips can sometimes be hard to remove and a couple of screwdrivers (flat and philips/pozidrive) in case any extra bits have been screwed on with self-tapping screws. Be really careful when removing the glass if it is the standard horticultural type as this can easily break into large extremely sharp shards, especially if it is old, so don't stand underneath the glass as it is removed - always do that from above.

Make a diagram in which every single pane, screw, etc etc is numbered and use your permanent marker to put the same number on the pieces. Do Front, Back, Left side and so on. It really is worth the time.
