Crab apples covered in brown?

Apples covered in brown. No Spots on foliage and pictures it doesn't look like the pictures I've seen of apole scab. Most of the apples are covered to varying degrees. I'm not certain of the crab variety as we recently moved here. Thank you for your assistance. Please refer to photo im not certain of it uploaded. I can't seem to find a corresponding picture on the Internet that would help with identification.

To upload a photo start with the camera icon. If it doesn't upload reducing the size usually works.
