Can anyone recommend a particular feed for Oleander please?

In our green house we have little black specks everywhere. On the glass, plants & floor, everywhere.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Black specks are probably spider/fly poo. Any ordinary shrub feed/rose fertiliser would do for your Oleanders.
It looks more like mouse droppings there is loads of it but sure it is not from mice. Will feed the oleanders now thank you
