Garden Wide Issue - Please Help

Having relocated a year ago we busily set around putting the garden in order, additions were made and all was well, around three months ago a honeysuckle began to show signs of what I thought was powdery mildew, this was cleared up with a milk solution however a rusting seems to have appeared, this seems to have spread to two nearby wisteria, several roses and also many chilli plant.

I am not sure if it is all the same, although if anyone can help with identifying and possible solutions I would be extremely grateful!

Personally, I wouldn't be too worried.  Things like rust happen in the garden, especially when it's been wet.   But my responding, I'm bumping your question up so someone who knows more may respond.  I'm pretty laissez-faire with my garden.

The theme is it's mildew due possibly lack of watering in dry spells. It's been a tough year, very hot and dry and it is possible you may have planted your Honeysuckle too close to the fence or the soil is not moist enough. As Watery says, it's possible that the plants are closing down a little earlier due to lack of water and a bit of stress.

Rose black spot is quite common at this time of year so it will not be any big issues, as are the other plants like Honeysuckle. The most important thing is continue to water your plants generously and promptly remove all dead leaves. Do not let them sit around the soil over winter as you may harbour this for next year. Same for other plants in your garden too.
