Organic pest controll

i read about a solution made with garlic to spray on plants how do I make it.

    3/4 cloves of garlic boiled in water for 5 minutes then leave to cool. Will need to be re-applied after rain obviously but the Rose Garden at Buckingham Palace swears by it.

    You keep dredging up old threads to comment about pests, but you also tried advertising a pest control co. on another thread. It doesn't go unnoticed, and you'll keep getting flagged to the mods as a spammer.  :)
