Troubled peach tree!

I have a large peach tree with huge problems. We have loads of peaches glowing and have done for many years. This year it has become totally covered in aphids causing the tree to be infested in wasps! I have tried to cover the tree with soapy suds but no good. Now the tree is totally covered in black flies! What is happening??????

Yes I'm in the UK. It's very strange as never had this before. Think I'll have to treat for aphids next year.
