S.O.S What is this Tree!?!? HELP! Please!!!

Can anyone identify this tree? Never seen it before! Can't find its name on a Google search either. ???? 

Going out of my mind trying to identify this tree (if it's even a tree, God knows!)  I need a tree expert to please please give me a name. 

Asparagus like leaves, that are rusty pink in spring and Green throughout summer. Strong but flaccid trunk.

    Tamarix would be my guess, too.

    YES! Tamarix ramosissima 'Rubra' looks close enough! I should have come on here right at the start.

    I can now tell the lady next door who also has it in her Garden, hers is huge. (I Can look clever now, pretend I know my stuff ? Haha)

    It looks in need of a haircut to improve the shape if that is possible.
