Found this plant & flower in a hedge surrounding a garden, so probably a cultivated species. Plant habit : climbing. Leaves are opposite and slightly velvety. Flower diameter 2 cm, vaguely perfumed.

Although it is reportedly from South America, I have never seen one...
An excellent ID though , all the same !
I looked it up and the only info that comes up is in Spanish! Not helpful for finding seeds, plants or cultivation info.
