I feed once a week. The watering has been a bit more difficult with the very hot weather we have had. My tomatoes are in pots, which do dry out quickly. I am concerned that I might be overdoing the watering .

I dont think much of the rain we have had actually gets into the pots as the foliage almost acts as an umbrella spreading any rain off the pots, and the plants are against a south facing wall.

I have just ordered a soil moisture meter.

I feed once a week and give a seaweed drench once a week and water in between when the soil is dry over 1" down

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

Mine are in beds in the GH, I water once a week and have fed twice since they've been there, I won't feed again as they are loaded with fruit and ripening nicely.
