Polianthes tube rosa the pearl

I have a pot of polianthes tuberosa the pearl, it is full of leaves but there's no sign of any flowers it's in its second year, can anyone help.

They need a lot of sunshine and heat. A feed with a tomato fertiliser might help as well.
Thanks, they are in full sun had have been fed with tomato feed , I wonder if I fed too much
