Ants on my Rhubarb

Hi,
For some reason i got Ants all over my Rhubarb and on some of my plant pots.
What can i do to get rid of them..

Lots of ants about this year .. they like the dry soil ... keep the soil nice and damp ... it'll be good for the rhubarb and the ants will move house to find somewhere dryer.
Even with the wet weather we're getting at the moment, pour a couple of buckets of water on the soil at the base of the rhubarb at least once a week, maybe twice ... the leaves act like an umbrella and keep the soil dry even in the rain which is why the ants like it there.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
