  Thanks BL.  I guess my dark muscovado sugar would work well instead.  

  OH isn't a fan of courgettes but I could hide some in cake, no problem!

  Am playing with my new dehydrater. Amazing how things shrink   Startes with herbs. Going to try ?. Could I be being a bit adventurous ?
