Only a guess...could it be a Buddlia?
Maybe a goat willow seedling. Shouldn't thin you'd want one growing quite so close to the house!
Looks like a willow species to me, not a buddleia anyway

Even bushes are babies at first Chloe and it's definitely not a herbaceous perennial so bush it is. That looks like goat willow to me too and needs pulling out before it gets too big and its roots really take hold.
