Type of olive tree?

i just noticed this tree in my neighborhood, and wanted to confirm what type of olive tree this is... and best type of treatment for these particular olives. I think it's an arbequina? I'm in southern cali, zone 10 if that helps.

Hi aball - this is a mostly UK-based forum and the only Olive trees I see in the garden centres here are European Olives. I have one in a pot.
There are some olive 'experts' here so you may get a reply if one of them sees your post.
