Hello, I had just noticed some White kind of thing growing behind the back of my brinjal plant. Can anyone let me know what this is (photo attached ) and how do I get rid of it.

Those are sale insects ... pick them off or treat them with a cotton bud dipped in methylated spirits or similar ... obviously don't use an ordinary insecticide on a food plant
