Can you identify

Hi Alan I have this strange plant in my garden and I wonder if you might know the name of it, I'm pretty sure it has the name Angelina in the title somewhere, it is enormously attractive to wasps and ants as well as bees.  At the moment it stand about 5'6 and growing.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance
