Hi, does anyone know if linkabord is still trading. Placed an order a few weeks ago but the goods have not arrived and I can't get a response via the website or on the phone. I've been buying from them for a few years and needed these last few beds to finish the garden.

I've never heard of them. But from what you say of their lack of customer service, sounds like one to avoid.
If you paid by credit card, your card issuer will likely refund.

Thankfully I paid by PayPal and have started the recovery process. I've been using them for years and this is the first time I've had a problem.
Very disappointing for you.

I have had exactly the same problem and have also started the recovery process via Paypal. I've used this company several times before and have never had this happen so I am assuming from the lack of response that they have gone out of business but are still taking orders and people's money.
