Monarda. nice
In the sticks near Peterborough
Nice ID there nut, never come across this one before. Looks like a great ground cover plant.... or is it?!
older varieties used to be very prone to mildew , but allegedly, newer varieties are less so.
Otherwise known as Bergamot. Ive had a few that have suffered from mildew but the one this year is doing fine. Really interesting flower and the leaves smell of orange I heard they use them in earl grey tea
Not really a great flower person Rob but definitely a big tea person and I think the bergamot in Earl Grey is a citrus fruit. Flowers in tea can be good though, herbs are better
Thanks all!
