Phormium Tenax purchased online

I purchased the above online and received a plant with brown tips and generally looked a bit sad.  What do folks think should I ask to return.image I am a novice gardener, if I had visited a nursery I would not have chosen it.  The middlepicture is the plant image I was expectingimage

Well I have many phormiums, and it looks ok to me. Get it planted or potted on (they do get v large) so it has some more room and soil, cut the definitely dead leaves off.  they are tough and it will do fine.

I agree - looks fine to me - not quite perfect, but that's life
