Buxus trouble

Hi. Does anyone know what might be wrong with this buxus? It  been like this for a while and doesn't appear to have spread but is not getting any better. I fear I will have to replace the whole plant. It looks really unsightly as it is on my driveway in a row of three buxus. Any help would be greatly appreciated! image

    This could be a burn from chemicals of some kind, or surface box blight. Something that can be rectified quickly if you cut away the affected leaves. Make sure you don't cut when the plant is wet and also make sure the blades are clean before and after. This can look unsightly for a while, but hopefully, the new growth will cover that patch eventually.
