What variety of rose is this please?

whilst strolling in a lovely public garden I spotted this rose, so beautiful I took a picture in the hope someone would recognise it and be able to tell me the name x

Does look similar to my Chicago peace hybrid tea by peter beales. ( large shapely golden yellow flowers with burnt orange and pink overlay). not to sure though. There are so many different varieties of roses out there
is it scented?

Hi BeverlySmith201, I feel it could be Chicago Peace too. We used to have it years ago and this is the only photo I took of it. It's a closeup so not very helpful!
I also feel it could be Troika, but it's on the paler orange side:
