Hi All,
I am a complete gardening novice, and have recently moved into a house with a garden, can any one tell me what this plant is? And will the dead bits come back to life?
Also tips for greener grass would also be appreciated!

It's a Honeysuckle. Pruning off the leggy dead side branches will help but go easy on the main stems unless you're certain they're dead.
