recently I purchased 2 standard olive trees one is doing really well the other one is growing only from the base and nothing on top help please .

It would be good to see a picture. Standards can vary in size, so on smaller sized standards, base leaves can grow quite vigorously in a very hot spell, but growth rate can be quite slow generally. Make sure both are in a very sunny position and not watered too often. A difference in growth rate can be one receiving more light or more shelter against a warm wall over one that's grown in unprotected surroundings.

The one on the right looks like it's had a trim, or had been shaped differently to the one on the left. I take it, both are in same sized pots? It is possible they are not the same type of Olive? Either way, they do both look healthy. You can shape your Olive that has grown more to match the other one.
