What is this plant growing on my neighbour's roof?

This has been bugging me for a while. My neighbour has a pretty plant growing on his roof. It has red stems and yellow flowers. Sorry the pic is so bad, but I'm hoping someone can ID it for me....

Be careful! I don't know the name but once you have it you will never get rid of it! It's very pretty but it just creeps everywhere.
Thanks for your replies. I think it may be Sedum Reflexum...
I've had mine in/on a stone wall for two years and not much creeping so far but I'm ever hopeful.
