    I doubt it.
    Starting at the top of the tree, cut a bit off.
    If you can see some green near the bark, then amazingly it's still alive.
    If it's all brown, cut down a bit lower and check again.
    But tbh even if you do find a bit of green somewhere, I think it's a gonner...

    Oh dear.
    If you get another, keep it in a much bigger pot. Your pine has grown lots of roots and there's no room for them in such a small pot. Trees in pots aren't generally a good idea unless you're prepared to keep fiddling with them.
