Unknown plant
Help please. I inherited this plant when i brought my house 11 years ago. What a surprise it has flowered for the first time.Does anyone know the name. ??

Looks like Yucca's taken a liking to the statue of the fair maiden on the right. She looks rather embarrassed now but just wait until it's dark

I don't know where you live , but that looks like some kind of giant Aloe attempting to surmount the wall .
(Perhaps it like the statue too)!
I think it is a Yucca. I have email Kew gardens as i cant find anything locally. It have grown to 15 ft. When i pulled the bedroom curtains this morning i had a lovely surprise It has flowered.Started by day off really well with a bonus of NO RAIN today

In hindsight , looks more like an Agave !
At last i have heard from the RHS. It is a type of Agave. Uncommon sight in the british isles. Especially to flower out side.
