Holes and colouring on jalapeno leaves

Hi there! New to the forum and thought I'd start by a question I've been wondering.
My Jalapeno Chilli plant has been growing well (I think) I'm pretty new to gardening.
Started to notices some holes in the leaves and also one at the top looks shrivled . Any ideas?
