     Any use of verbs in place of nouns and vice versa.  " Access"  used to be a noun, it still is, but is increasingly used as a verb, eg "You can access your account ...".   Likewise, "Could you loan me ...?".  No, but I can lend you.  

    This isn't much to do with gardens, is it? There must be a grammar pedants' forum.

    The word 'moist' - especially when there's a slight pause before it's uttered....

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
