Blueberry Despair

Hello green thumbs, I have a problem.

My Blueberry plants, both in the first year of life, are suffering and I'm at a loss of what to do. The main problem is the condition of the leaves, it starts with dark spots on the leaf, they enlarge and turn brown and red, with dark mottling throughout. I live in a zone 7b, the balcony receives 6-8 hours of sunlight a day.

Secondly the new growth is startlingly pale and yellow, the Aphids are munching away on it but I'm using ladybugs I collected to control the numbers.

Lastly is my Tayberry Plant which stands beside the blueberry, one of its main stems has turned brown, though the foliage from that stem still looks healthy, possibly related to what is going on with the Blues?

Any and all help would be appreciated, even guesses x]

If more information is needed please don't hesitate to ask, these plants, along with the Raspberry will be going in my garden next year, but I would hate to introduce a disease.

Many Thanks and hopeful wishes

Sam

Hi Sam... Here in the UK the blueberry experts are Dorset Blueberry Company/Trehane Nursery and they can be helpful via email. https://www.trehanenursery.co.uk/Blueberry_plants_from_the_UK_pioneers_s/1827.htm

I don't know if there are specialist nurseries in the US but I would assume so since that's where blueberries originate.  Have you tried asking the place you bought them from?

I have blueberries in containers because I don't have the right kind of soil for them, but I've not seen anything like that.
